Following precision excavation, our builders assemble rigid forms and pour commercial-grade concrete to establish massive, ten-inch-thick structural walls. After curing, the forms are stripped and the interior wall surfaces are smoothed down to perfection. We then plumb the circulation lines with schedule-rated PVC before backfilling and grading the perimeter with heavy-duty compaction equipment to prevent settling. Once perimeter coping and your custom patio decking are laid, our craftsmen hand-trowel a durable sand-and-cement bottom base to guarantee a uniform, protective foundation. Finally, we vacuum-set a custom-tailored virgin vinyl liner into place.
